DigiDock – “On Account”

Instructions on how to send a request for an "On Account" profile on DigiDock
This page will will provide instructions on how to send in a request to create an "On Account" profile on DigiDock for the sales team.

Please note the following:

➤ If the customer had already created a regular account on DigiDock using their email address, the account will need to be deleted in order to use their email address and convert the account to an "On Account" profile on DigiDock. This will also cause a deletion of all (existing and previous) orders to be deleted from the regular account created by the customer. 

➤ Discounts will not be automatically added to an "On Account" profile (this is due to the limitation of the store). Customers would still need to add a discount code during checkout in order to get the discount. 

 ➤ It is the responsibility of the salesperson/account manager to advice the customer of the above.

1. Send in a request to support@wpci.com with the following details (all fields are mandatory)

Company Name:
Percentage Discount: 
Customer Full Name:
Email Address:
Full Shipping or Billing Address:  
Phone Number: 

2. Once an account is created, an email will be sent to the customer to activate the account with the valid discount code they can use. 

3. An email will be sent out to the salesperson/account manager confirming the account has been created an email has been sent to the customer to activate the account. Corpserv will be CCd on the email for visibility. 

4. Going forward, when the customer places an order on the "On Account" profile, corpserv will release the order if the customer is on the "On Account" approved list and the order will be processed. 
Please note that Anna Henry will be the primary point of contact for "On Account" profiles on DigiDock. Please ensure approval is obtained from Anna before sending in a request for an "On Account" profile on DigiDock.
