When requesting the IMEI from the customer, please make sure the customer gets the IMEI directly from the device and not from the box or account. To get the IMEI from the device, ask the customer to go the dial-pad of the device and type *#06#. The device will then show the IMEI on the screen. As by international law, this will work universally on every mobile device.
